KARTIK VENKATRAMAN

I am an aspiring Aerospace engineer pursuing my Master's degree at ISAE-SUPAERO. I am specializing in the field of Aerodynamics and propulsion. My present research work is on Fluid-structure interactions and the coupling of CFD & FEA codes. I am proficient in commercial CFD codes such as ANSYS & StarCCM+. 

I believe that hard work and perseverance is the key to success. In recognition of my potential I was awarded the MBDA Scholarship for excellence to pursue my coursework at ISAE. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from MSRIT, Bangalore. I was awarded the best outgoing student from my Department at the University. 

I have always been passionate about learning new things and my greatest strength has been the ability to learn new things quickly. I have used every opportunity to keep myself updated with the latest developments in the industry by attending aero shows, technical talks, seminars and going for industrial visits. I am presently tresearurer of the Toulouse local board of The European Association of Aerospace Students (EUROAVIA).

I am currently looking for new opportunities in the domain of Aerodynamics & Propulsion to complete my final year thesis at ISAE-SUPAERO. With a passion for aerodynamics and fluid dynamics, I have both the skill set and professional background necessary to dive deep into computational fluid dynamics.
